What I suppose to get with a new Asus P5E3 Premium motherboard?
Last week I bought P5E3 Premium WiFi-AP@n Edition after I have read some reviews. According to one of the reviews said "The new X48 chipset-based P5E3 Premium ships with a wide assortment of bundled accessories and software. The Asus P5E3 Premium’s bundle includes detailed user manuals for the board, its integrated 802.11n WiFi NIC / AP, its AI Remote Control, and a multi-language quick-start guide to help get the board installed as quick and painlessly as possible." http://hothardware.com/Articles/Asus-Maximus-Extreme-and-P5E3Premium/ but I cannot find it inside the box for and missing one of the unknown components too.
If anyone of you have bought this motherboards so please tell me what have you got. Furthermore the motherboard is retail version.
Motherboard is P5E3 Premium WiFi-AP @n Edition, Chipset : Intel 48X/ ICH9R with Intel Fast Memory Access T echnology.
You've bought an OEM version - common cheap shortcut from places like Ebuyer. Use your local computer shop!
It's just as likely to be a second or recon board from most places too.
Check the part number on the box. The OEM is P5E3, The Deluxe is P5E3DELUXE & the Pro is P5E3WSPRO.
I assume you paid for the P5E3 Deluxe/WiFi-AP@on version.
