Dogs and Gangbangers/Taggers are quite similar...?

Ever notice how they both need to mark a spot, like spraying a fire hydrant, or spraying some jibberish which nobody but themselves seems to care about...

What about a program called TAG-THE-TAGGERS...with paint guns, Infrared goggles, etc, waiting in the night...and then BLAM..."tagger dressed in pretty pink colors, pick em' up!"

Love the idea, using infrared detectable paint. Do it in a big public display, make a joke about it, such that the public laughs with you. Every tagger would hesitate to show their face (most of them behave quite cowardly, which is why they resort to this form of expression) even in the dark.

In addition, every legitimate business should buy a can of paint and get a licence to paint on public surfaces. Every time they see graffiti, paint over it. Use extendable spouts.

That alcohol rub for hands is VERY effective. One wipe on the surface, it's gone. Try it.
