Really odd symptoms--might it be meningitis?

The other day, I woke up with a really, really strong burning sensation in my entire head and torso. I threw up, went back to bed, and woke up an hour later feeling a mite better. Went to school, stayed better for an hour, then I felt my fever spike REALLY rapidly. Everything started going kinda gray, and a migraine set in.

Now, I'm going hot and cold, throwing up, and getting a stiff neck (though that's probably because I've had nothing to do but sleep/use the laptop for 24 hours.) buuut... over the last five-eight hours, I've noticed some spots forming under my eyes. A little smaller than blackhead-size, but dark purple. Recently begun spreading across sides of head, as well.

TL;DR: High fever, dizziness, stiff neck, vomiting, and teeny purple spots under the eyes.

Any diagnoses, me lovely Yahooligans?

Woah thats scary. Look and see if you have any rashes on the trunk of your body. That will tell you if its actually menigitis. You should go to the doctor ASAP regardless cuz whatever it is sounds serious.
